Compensation Package
Total cash compensation ranges from $250K to $350K annually, including:
- Base salary: $250K–$300K+
- Performance bonuses: % of base
- Area Living Allowance (ALA): 15%–20% of base salary. Location-based adjustments apply (higher ranges in HCOL areas).

What You’ll Do
- Drive the full lifecycle of a landmark underground infrastructure project—from procurement through final delivery.
- Guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and consultants, while reporting directly to executive stakeholders.
- Implement and manage compliance, risk mitigation, governance, and reporting protocols for a multi-phase project.
- Cultivate partnerships with federal agencies, local regulators, and community organizations.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in safety, accountability, and innovation.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to environmental, safety, and quality standards at all stages.
- Lead schedule, budget, and design integration for seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of senior-level construction leadership experience with large-scale civil infrastructure.
- Proven success as a Project Director (or equivalent) overseeing at least one project over $1B in contract value.
- Expertise in underground works, tunneling, and geotechnical construction across transit, water, and utility sectors.
- Knowledge of major project delivery models, including Public-Private-Partnerships, Design-Build, EPC, and CMGC.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and contract management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with joint venture management and complex organizational structures.
- Experience with federal compliance and permitting in infrastructure projects.
- A background in public-private partnerships (PPP) or privately funded initiatives.
