​TELECOMS / FIBRE & CIVILS INSTALLATION TEAMS

​Our specialist telecoms and civil engineering team possess over a decade of experience in the sector with a network of hundreds of engineers that we can reach out to who have worked across MDU installation and PON builds for residential and commercial installation (UK-wide), as well as UG & OH cabling/rod and rope gangs to run new fibre through new and existing ducts. ​

We are able to supply fully accredited engineers across the UK and Ireland. This includes all relevant documents and accreditations held directly by them (not previous employers).

  • We can also supply poling teams to complete pole erection and reinstatement works.
  • We also have civil labour gangs that are accredited to work on clearing blockages/laying new ducts/core drilling and box builds.
  • Our candidates possess valid accreditations (PQMS) or their NOPS card as proof, if their previous company will not release their accreditations.

We can supply Fibre/HV and LV Cabling / Splicing Engineers & Civils Labour/PEU/Traffic Management teams based on the following held tickets and accreditations:

  • Accredited Fibre Engineers with strong experience across fibre networks.
  • First Aid.
  • Manual Handling.
  • Hold a valid NRSWA Street works
  • Operative Licence Unit 2.
  • Hold Openreach overhead, jointing and cable accreditation modules.
  • FTTP Strategic UG and OH build.
  • Basic CRB Check less than 3 months old.
  • Full right to work in the UK unrestricted.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • NOPS Registration.
  • IPAF Certificate Cherry Picker.

The engineers we currently recruit for have the below experience and accreditations:

  • Complete Telephone and Fibre Broadband connections in residential and business premises.
  • Work at heights.
  • Work in Openreach cabinets completing fibre connections.
  • Provide new installations of ducts, chambers, cabinets & associated equipment.
  • Installation of overhead fibre cables.
  • Connection into the customer premises.
  • Risk Assessments and hazard identification.
  • Civils teams with Openreach craft accreditations: DB1/DL1/BBIM/CDI and general ops 1&2.
  • Engineers that hold: SA001/SA002/F002/F006/F009/K003/K004/K007.
  • Traffic Management Operatives with valid NRSWA.
