JOB SUMMARY
What You’ll Do:
- Lead estimating efforts on large, multidisciplinary bids
- Review plans, specifications, and perform detailed takeoffs
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Coordinate closely with project managers and meet with owners and engineers
- Support preconstruction planning and post-bid buyouts
- 5–10 years of experience estimating heavy civil construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Carlson, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and leadership ability
- Lead bids that drive real project wins
- Work on infrastructure that matters
