What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of project delivery — staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Drive planning, coordination, and communication across teams and stakeholders, including JV partners
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Solve technical challenges and support your team in the field
- Lead meetings, site visits, and reporting for internal and external audiences
- Travel as needed based on project demands
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
- Minimum of 5yrs’ experience in design, project management, and supervisory roles
- Strong background in bridge construction
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and deliver results
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate if needed
