What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage daily project operations, including staff oversight
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
- Oversee project schedules and ensure on-time, within-budget completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to project personnel
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards across all project phases
- Prepare and present project status reports for management and clients
- Adjust schedules and plans based on project needs and unforeseen challenges
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in site visits, meetings, and training sessions as required
- Support business development efforts and contribute to project proposals
- Travel as needed based on project requirements
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
- 5+ years of project management and supervisory experience
- Extensive experience in bridge construction (Marine construction is a plus)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
