What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage daily project operations, including staff oversight
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
  • Oversee project schedules and ensure on-time, within-budget completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to project personnel
  • Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards across all project phases
  • Prepare and present project status reports for management and clients
  • Adjust schedules and plans based on project needs and unforeseen challenges
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Participate in site visits, meetings, and training sessions as required
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to project proposals
  • Travel as needed based on project requirements


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction
  • 5+ years of project management and supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in bridge construction (Marine construction is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
