How to Complete your DBS Check

Renewing your NOPS Card

  • If your NOPS card subscription has expired, you will need to renew it.
  • To renew your annual NOPS card subscription, you will need to pay Smart Awards a fee of £14.40
  • If you send us a photo of your up-to-date accreditations or renewed NOPS card subscription, we will reimburse you the £14.40 fee on your first week's pay.

How to Renew your NOPS Card

  • Please log in to your NOPS account and choose the option to renew (found next to the account subscription expiry date). You will be directed to a secure payment portal.
  • Once you have made the payment, please wait to be redirected back to your NOPS account.
  • The transaction will then be complete and your account should automatically be renewed.
